Gatherings are permitted at the renter's discretion. Renters are responsible for their guests' conduct. Noise complaints from neighbors, not just property damage, can result in a charge to the card on file, as set out in the Terms. Quiet hours after midnight.
Well-behaved dogs are considered on request and subject to approval. No puppies, no dogs currently teething, and no cats. Tell us about your pet when you inquire.
No smoking or open flame indoors, including candles, due to the cedar construction.
